
GROUP FITNESS

Group Fitness is any form of fitness training performed as part of group led by a trainer or instructor.

The benefits of group fitness are: lowers risk of disease, improves cardio-vascular function, increases muscular endurance; participants are held accountable and challenged by fellow classmates, increases self esteem and confidence, reduces stress, improves social skills, and is a great way to meet new people and make new friends!

At UPLFT, classes change approximately every 8-weeks to keep members sufficiently challenged and engaged.
CURRENT GROUP FITNESS RATES

UPLFT Standard $35 per month with a six month commitment.
UPLFT Monthly $45 per month - no term commitments.
Single Course (available for standard classes only) $36 for a single 8-week course
Drop-In Rate (available for standard classes only) $10 per single class

Silver Sneakers: free for participants who are registered Silver Sneakers members or $3 per class. Silver Sneakers participants who wish to participate in classes other than Silver Sneakers receive a special member rate of $20 per month.
​
Aquafit with Angel Woods: $10 per month for up to three classes per week.
​
UPLFT Standard allows current and new members unlimited access to all classes offered by UPLFT Fitness. A four month commitment is required of all new members. Memberships automatically convert to month-to-month after four months of continuous membership.

UPLFT Monthly allows for immediate month-to-month memberships, with no commitments and access to all of the benefits of an UPLFT Standard membership.
​
UPLFT Standard/Monthly costs do not include any additional services, premium classes, special events, nor guest instructor led classes.
