I had not worked out in a few years. I was referred to UPLFT and was apprehensive at first. I was to go to class with the person that referred me and they didn't show up! Here's the testimony though...Michael made me feel welcome as soon as I got to class and I haven't looked back. Not only is he welcoming, but he listens to what you want and need. He wants to see you succeed and is very patient with you. He will push you, in a positive way, that pays off in the end. Ask anyone that takes his class, they will agree and more. Like many of you, I’ve had MANY false starts when it came to exercising and they all lasted a couple of months at best. Then I was invited to UPLFT Fitness. I am happy to report that this month (May 2022), I am celebrating one year of consistent exercise! I’m not going to say it’s easy, but our trainer keeps it interesting and the group atmosphere makes it fun. Now, I feel strange if I don’t go!!! Before starting to train with Michael, I considered myself to have a good workout plan already in place. Towards the end of last year, under a friend’s recommendation, I started using Michael as my personal trainer. And I am so happy I did!! Michael has done an amazing job at putting together several challenging workout cycles based on my personal goals and his expertise as a trainer. UPLFT Fitness is more than worth the money. so many different exercises and classes. the participants are like family. the instructor is awesome, timely and knowledgeable.
